Vendor Terms and Conditions for Selling on aadmoz.com
These Vendor Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern your use of the aadmoz.com platform (“Platform”) as a vendor (“Vendor”). By registering as a Vendor and listing your products on the Platform, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions:
- Vendor Registration and Account: 1.1 You must complete the Vendor registration process to list and sell your products on the Platform. 1.2 You are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date information during the registration process and maintaining the security of your account credentials.
- Product Listings: 2.1 You are responsible for creating accurate and complete product listings, including images, descriptions, prices, and availability. 2.2 You must ensure that your product listings comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and policies.
- Fulfillment: 3.1 aadmoz.com will handle the fulfillment of products sold through the Platform. 3.2 Vendors are required to send their products to the designated aadmoz.com warehouse for fulfillment. 3.3 Vendors grant aadmoz.com the authority to package, label, and ship their products as necessary for customer orders.
- Storage Fees: 4.1 Vendors are not required to pay a monthly storage fee for products stored in the aadmoz.com warehouse. 4.2 However, aadmoz.com reserves the right to charge storage fees in the future, with prior notice to Vendors.
- Product Removal and Returns: 5.1 Vendors may request the return of their products from the aadmoz.com warehouse. 5.2 If a Vendor’s products have not sold at least one item in six months, aadmoz.com reserves the right to return the products to the Vendor, at the Vendor’s expense. 5.3 aadmoz.com is not responsible for any damage or loss that may occur during the return of products to Vendors.
- Commission and Payments: 6.1 Vendors will receive payments for their products based on the terms agreed upon during the registration process. 6.2 aadmoz.com will deduct commissions, fees, and any other applicable charges from Vendor payments.
- Intellectual Property: 7.1 Vendors represent and warrant that they have the right to sell the products they list on the Platform. 7.2 Vendors grant aadmoz.com a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and reproduce product images and content for promotional purposes.
- Termination: 8.1 aadmoz.com reserves the right to suspend or terminate Vendor accounts for violations of this Agreement or any other policies. 8.2 Vendors may also terminate their accounts at any time, subject to fulfilling any pending obligations.
- Changes to Terms: 9.1 aadmoz.com may modify or update these terms at any time by posting the revised terms on the Platform. 9.2 Vendors are responsible for reviewing and understanding the latest version of the terms.
- Governing Law: 10.1 This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
By registering as a Vendor and listing products on aadmoz.com, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
